FEEDIN’ HOCKEY FANDOM ONE BUCKET AT A TIME.

INSIGHT

In Winnipeg, the playoffs mean a full-blown Whiteout—an age-old tradition where the arena is packed with fans dressed head-to-toe in white. At the center of it all? Jets star Kyle F*cking Connor—who just so happens to share the same initials as KFC.

IDEA

Make KFC the most talked-about brand in Canadianhockey by uniting two of Winnipeg’s most iconic playoff traditions—the Whiteout and Kyle F*cking Connor—into one unforgettable takeover.

EXECUTION

We sent Colonel Sanders—suited up in all white—to crash the Whiteout. The moment went viral, and Kyle Connor took notice. So we inked a deal, and rebranded a local KFC into a “KFC.”Then we dropped 10,000 Whiteout buckets for fans to wear in-game—transforming our bucket into playof f merch, a collector’s item, and a symbol of Jets pride.
